Saturday starting time options: 6.30 a.m. Saturday or 3.00 — 3.30 p.m. 

Back at 1.00 — 1.30 p.m. Re-collected: 3.00 — 3.30 p.m. 


Finishing time: 1.00 — 1.30 p.m. Sunday.
The starting time on Sunday morning will depend on how late we are out on Saturday night.

Cost of the PW Weekend is $300 AUD per person if starting at 6.30 a.m. or $280 AUD if starting at 3.00 p.m. 


Deposit when booking is $50 AUD. Balance two months prior to the Plains-wanderer Weekend.

What you will need to bring: Food, binoculars, telescope if you have one, insect repellent, sunscreen, hat and water bottle. Also an old pair of sandshoes for wading but only if there is something to wade in - check with Patricia. 



Group size: Preferred size is 8 participants; however special circumstances may allow 9 participants. The ninth participant to book will need to sit over in the far back seat of the landcruiser. Not ideal for tall birders.
